#links# Throughout the season we profiled each of our 14 senior players and now that we've entered the off-season, it's time to meet each member of our coaching staff. Wow, that's a poor job by me. More than a week without any blog updates is unacceptable. Sure the holiday had something to do with it, but we're going to try and get things back on track today. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, and now we are all ready for the final month of action for 2009.

The LOC and city of Regina welcomes everyone to Regina. Our host hotel is the Ramada Inn (1-306-569-1666 ext 7200 or email regina@ and quote the group name Cdn Masters Track & Field Meet. A block of rooms are reserved until June 26). Rooms can be booked at the University through registration The university is a 20 minute warm up or cool down walk from the track. There are free shuttle vans to and from both places to the track every half hour during competition. Those flying or busing will be picked up and transported to their place of residence.

Louis Tsatoumas is a Greek long jumper who on 2 June 2007 in Kalamata jumped 8.66 metres, achieving a personal best. The performance was the best in the world since Iv├ín Pedroso leaped 8.70 m to win the gold medal at the 1995 World Championships Tsatoumas ranks as the eighth best long jumper in history and holds the European record in the event at low altitude.
