People nowadays are more health-conscious than they used to be. They understand that good health is above wealth. So if you want to be able to eat more and still maintain your current body weight, get up earlier and exercise before breakfast. Researchers at the University of Vermont found that aerobic training of moderate intensity, with an average heart rate of around 112 beats a minute - elevated, sure, but it's not like you're hammering away - improved participants' mood for up to 12 hours after exercise.

Well, I can get back to my old shape if I wanted to. I just needed a bit of willpower to do it. I'm back on my tracks, I'm jogging and basically doing a lot of walking exercises to shed off pounds everyday, altering my eating habits, already there at eating more healthy foods, abolished overeating, cutting down on sweets and carbs (number one weight gainers), and watching the foods that I eat.I won't get results in a matter of a month but at least, I'm doing it the right way.

Take time to toss the junk. If you've got favorite not-so-great items you'd like to save as a treat, tuck them in the back of the pantry with healthier items, like whole grain pasta , rice, beans, and nuts up front. We know that just because the bag of lentils are right in front doesn't mean you'll forget about the brownie mix, but it can help. Just seeing or smelling food can stimulate cravings, and increase hunger (especially for junk food).
